Worst company ever done business with 0ne month and still waiting for my purchase to be delivered, customer service terrible lied about item dispatched, I have tried calling the customer service no one picks up the phone and occasionally the phone is picked up the hanged up without a word i now need a full refund, I have contacted PayPal to louche a refund. I would never recommend your shop or ever shop again

Paid over £109.00 for size 8 glitter boots on 5 December, for Xmas,never showed up and can not get hold of anybody from Attitude to talk to.A joke

Hi, I received a pair of Demonia boots for Christmas and I've worn them 3 times since then and the sole is coming Off, I'm 14 and I'm very disappointed, how do I return them?

You promised to deliver the product on the 21st December 2020, but it hasn’t arrived yet,(27th) Poor poor service, no updates on when the product will get to me, and a very unhappy teenager who’s Christmas you spoilt.

I placed my order on 12/1. The order said it would arrive by Christmas. It did not. So I didn’t have those presents for my granddaughter

Little disappointed I didn’t get despatch and delivery information updates. Especially as the package arrived when I was out and I don’t know if it was on time because I didn’t get an expected delivery date.

Thank you for the review, a despatch e-mail is sent as soon as the order is scanned at the packing desk. If the e-mail address provided was correct then perhaps the e-mail may have ended up in a junk/spam folder.

I would advise do not buy from this company honestly! I returned a pair of shoes back in November and have only just heard back from them 2 days ago. They told me they have not received my shoes so they can’t refund me. I’m really not sure that’s the case as I’ve never ever had things just get lost in the post. The customer service is very slow and they aren’t helpful especially in these situations

I have ordered my shoes almost a month ago and still no news on it. It says that is needs to be restocked but it didn’t when i bought it. This annoyed me because it does not let me get a refund either.

I’m really happy with my purchase, I had to chase my order a couple of times due to the Christmas rush/delays and it’s hard to get through to customer service but once through they were extremely helpful, I would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you

Thank you for the review, the order was actually despatched very quickly, however there were delays in the postal system due to high volumes. Our time to reply to e-mails was a little slower at certain times during December for similar reasons.

I asked for the tracking number of my order, since i had forgotten to log into my account when i made my purchase. And all i got back from customer service was a message saying that my package had been dispatched.. which i already knew.. and wasn't exactly the issue i was asking about

I ordered a pair of Creeper shoes and a bracelet.Both items are excellent quality although I am not a vegan the shoes were Peta approved I just liked the style.I think that its important to offer such products to people which may influence their buying choices.Ive purchased from Attitude Clothing in the past and know they are good quality keep up the good work ; ) I made an enquiry by email about delivery schedule and got a quick response thanks guys ; )

What an absolute disgusting company! Very poor customer service, I am disgusted! I originally placed an order on 27th November from this company, I purchased some gifts to send to a friend. Through out the past 4 weeks I have been emailing this company to see where my parcel is. On 22nd December (3 days till Christmas) I get a response from Barry from Attitude clothing that my parcel, (in his own words) ‘seems to have just disappeared’ It’s been 4 bloody weeks since I’ve ordered and NOW you tell me that it’s ‘disappeared’ So why on earth have you not sent me a replacement? Sending me a refund with out me asking what I would prefer, what kind of service is this? Anyway, I’m still waiting for my refund to land into my account, I will be in contact with my bank and will also be making Trading Standards aware of this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
