“Ordered an item in the sale, it didn’t arrive by the date it said on the website, then after almost 3 weeks they just sent me refund saying the item wasn’t in stock. But the item is back up on the website at full price. Ridiculous”

“Ordered two curioloy hand mirrors, both arrived broken. I cant return them bc I'm CEV so don't go out as noone is masking anymore. Sent in honest to god PAPER and a regular bag. No bubble wrap, nothing. Disgrace. Won't be shopping here again.”
