“The dye was absolutely stunning 🤩 It smelled nice, so I was skeptical that it wasn't going to work, but it proved me wrong and we so beautifully bright, like I wanted at the time I had faded blue hair and the green took to it and it just looks incredible!”

“They didn’t send it til 3 days after I ordered it and that’s totally fine because the shoes came in perfect shape, nicely packaged and pretty quickly! I really recommend the shoes for any alt person, They are SO rad! I’ve gotten more compliments than ever before, they’re amazing!”

“Ordered a pair of boots for my goddaughter's birthday in late August. There was no indication on the site that they weren't immediately available. Received a confirmation of payment and that they would be on their way by early September. When the time came and the goddaughter asked me to check the tracking, I was suddenly told that the boots weren't in stock and no specific time was given of when they would become available. Pretty appalling service if you ask me. They still have my money and my goddaughter still has no boots.”

We are very sorry if you feel let down by our service, the boots you ordered were a pre-order pair. We received an e-mail enquiry from you asking about delivery, our reply very clearly stated the due delivery date so you have been made aware of the time that they will be available. We ship all orders straight away from our warehouse with the exception of certain footwear which historically was always shipped within a matter of days. Due to supply chain issues related to the current Covid situation many styles are now on Pre order as there have been delays in both the manufacture and shipments on these products. We do aim to keep our customers as informed as possible and will always refund immediately upon request. As we have had no such request from you and no reply to our e-mail informing you of the delay, the order has remained in place and we will ship just as soon as the stock arrives.

An e-mail was sent to you informing you of a delay and clearly stating the delivery date which is in October. As we have had no reply from you we have taken that to mean you are still wanting the boots, despite the delay. If for any reason you no longer want to wait you may contact us and we will process an immediate refund. These delays on certain footwear styles are out of our control and we always strive to keep our customers informed the best we can, we appreciate the delays are frutrating but you can be assured we are doing all we can to get orders shipped just a quickly as possible. This includes utilising the fastest possible air freight services to get the boots into our warehouse once they become available.
