“Great shop as always but I really do miss the option of UPS shipping for international orders, bring it back! My dress came a little damaged, one of the buttons was broken entirely.”

“Took a little while to recieve my order but it turns out the tea bag holder thing i ordered was broken and they didnt have any more of that specific one in stock to replace it with so i told them to just send any of the others instead. Very happy with my purchase and the speed they responded when i asked about my delivery. Highly recommend”

“Bought some boots for a gift. They did not fit so sent them back Post Office did not pick up as arranged. Had to deliver to Post Office. Waiting for my credit note. Bought some mow, bigger size. arrived today”

“Hello Attitude Clothing At the moment I am still waiting for my goods which I ordered a good few weeks ago and I am hoping they will arrive soon. I've had an E Mail stating my goods will be released on the 25 November so I'm waiting in hope! Thank you for your review, good news your boots are on the way to you as the new stock has now arrived. 99% of items on our site are available for immediate despatch. Just occasionally items are offered on a forward order basis. This was the reason for the delay, which of course you were aware of. Thank you for your review. We do our best to respond to all e-mails as quickly as we can. We notice your e-mail last week arrived into our inbox at 7.45 am. It was responded to at 13.52 that same day which we think is pretty quick! The refund for the broken item was also processed the same time.

“I accidentally ordered a wrong size of shoes and after submitting the payment contacted the online support, they were quick and helpful with navigating what size did I need and smoothly informed about changes the other team responsable about parcels. From the only cons in my experience was the fact that it took a week to dispatch the order. Besides that it’s important to remember from people in Eu that you will have to pay taxes when the package enters the country (mine were + 24% to the price, ordered from Finland) Overall the shoes are awesome, thank you so much Attitude clothing”

“Ordered a bottle stopper from here which was the first time ordering from here. Unfortunately I had an issue with the item so they refunded me. I decided to order the same item again, unfortunately the same issue. They have asked me to send back and will refund me. Not great that the product has been bad quality, but customer service wise they have been helpful.”

“Unfortunately, the sandals ordered for my grand-daughter proved too wide when she returned from university to try them on. Your customer services e-mailed me a pre-paid return label and I have posted the sandals back through my local post-office. I look forward to receiving reimbursement for the sandals in due course.”

“Love the choker, very comfortable and fits perfectly. Not at all bad for the price and very nice appearance. The quality isn’t perfect but again for the price I really cannot grumble. Please do not take that the wrong way as the quality is far from bad. I personally am very happy with the purchase. Dispatch time was relatively good and arrived well packaged. Would recommend and likely buy again in the future. Thank you to the staff at attitude, much appreciated!”

We take great care to ensure all items arrive in perfect condition using our mostly recycled packaging (we reuse all our inbound packaging so it might not look as pretty as Amazon etc but it saves on waste and avoids it ending up in landfill).

“Had an issue with returning an item as the sizing was too big, and didn't receive a reply to my emails for 2 weeks. The issue was eventually resolved via their courteous customer service team this was caused by IT issues with their email systems. Having been a customer for quite a few years I can say that the faults were not representative of their normal service.”

“Great selection and ordering was easy. Order arrived in good time, and I liked the option to get it delivered to a local shop. E-mail trouble on their end meant that I had a little difficulty organising a return for shoes that were too big, but managed it eventually, and when I did speak to someone, he was very helpful. So all's well!”
