“Package arrived a bit later than was said. However, the boots r quite sturdy and seems decent quality, though I have slightly thicker calves it still fit when the laces were adjusted despite my doubts.”

“Brilliant! Bought lunar tides blood moon hair dye and this stuff is amazing! Usually red fade really quickly but after a month it's still looking good. Also great service, quick delivery, very happy.”

“even tho my hair was bleached well, the colour did not turn out the way i expected. pretty purple ! it was just a little lighter than what i thought. the pots are also very small so even with three i was struggling to get enough.”

“Perfect leggings for Halloween. But they did slide down so I wouldn't wear them regularly. Also would prefer if they used paper or card for the parcel and no plastic film over clothes PS I love the themed period pants!”

Thank you for your review. Please be aware the plastic mailing bags we use are made from recycled materials and are also recyclable. The clothing we sell is generally kept in plastic bags for protection, without this protection they can easily be marked during transit, storage and within the warehouse when picking or packing the order. We make every effort to be as environmentally friendly as we can, as an example the vast majority of protective packaging that we receive with our inbound deliveries is then recycled and used again when we pack our customers orders. We also reuse as many cardboard boxes as possible. We make every effort to use environmentally friendly packaging products and most are made from recycled materials and are also recyclable.

“You are getting better, but I haven't had to return an item again yet, I was so disappointed with the attitude my mother got last year, it was disgusting, and I vowed to never shop with you again I also sent an email to complain about that treatment. Which I can only assume fell on deaf ears as I never received a reply to it . If it wasn't for the fact I really wanted this top and you were the only place I could get in the UK , I probably would not have ordered from you. So I don't know if your customer service is any better, but for this delivery was prompt and the item that was an outside brand was as expected.”

“I am very satisfied with the experience; quick delivery, excellent clothing, all was as described. Highly recommended. The only reason why I don't give them 5-stars is because I contacted them twice, once via their webpage and another time via email, regarding delivery to Norway. I never got an answer. It's no problem if the shop can't send to Norway, but it would have been nice to receive an answer of why it wasn't possible.”

“Most of the clothes fit expet the pants i bought, i ordered a xl and the tag Said xl, but there is no way that pair of pants where in xl. But other than that it was a Quick derivery and good quality”

“Bought a studded choker and hairband and a raven skull hair bobble for an 11 year old goth girl. She absolutely loved them and although we're supposed to be for adults were adjustable so fitted her fine. My only complaint was that the raven skull bobble arrived snapped off. I superglued it back on so it wasn't a big problem.”

“Great graphic tee and a quick delivery time. My only disappointment was I ordered an XXL as I wanted and overally sized Tee. I thought it would be around a UK 16/18 and i'm a 10/12. When it arrived it looked about a size 12. I doubt I would have even fit into their version of a 10/12. So going forward, I will defo be ordering the man's version.”

“I was worried my order didn't go through, especially since I live in Iceland. After a couple of unanswered emails, I called to check. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and re-sent the confirmation of my order and tracking. A few days later my package arrived. My purchase was exactly as described and I was very happy with Attitude staff and products!”

“item itself was good, but i paid extra for next-day shipping and didn’t receive that. i was told it was my fault (as i added a safe place for delivery) despite the fact that it was due to arrive by 6pm and it wasn’t even in my country by 4pm so there was no way it would have arrived even if i hadn’t added a safe place.”
