I really love the clothes i ordered and the different decorative things the only thing i did not like was the witches brew travel mug, the mug in itself is beautiful but it doesnt serve its perpose it leaks and does not keep liquids hot. It does not fit in a car cup holder either which i found suprising because it stated that the size was normal. I hope you will take in to acount what i have said. i have tried contacting you and have allready sent a message stating the problems that i have had with the travel mug.

Cabinet that arrive the glass had fallen out. Emailed several occasions, eventually got through. Offered refund but had to pay to send back and go to nearest post office which didn't want to do as under lockdown. Also offered 10 pound credit and keep or 5 pound off. So not really happy with the service.

Your first e-mail was received by us at 13.45 on 8 October, it was replied to at 14.24 on the same day. Further e-mails were all responded to and a resolution was agreed to offer compensation as the item was repairable. At all times an offer of refund or replacement was on the table but you chose the compensation offer. Please get back in touch with customer services if you have changed your mind, but the compensation was the option you chose at the time.

I ordered some Demonia shoes for my daughter’s 18th birthday, which were too big. I returned them for an exchange and hadn’t heard anything 5 days after they had been received back. So I called and was told they would look into it and call me back. After another couple of days having not been called back I sent an email. I’m still waiting for a response. My daughter is really disappointed that she won’t have them in time for her birthday. It would just be good to know what is happening.

This matter has now been resolved, the requests were made very shortly after returning. We do need a few days to open, inspect and process returns, the matter was dealt with in a very reasonable 4 days from receiving back to fully processing the return.

The item is good quality, but I ordered a size 8 and its is huge on the chest. It's like it was designed for a gal with size G cups!! I am going to adjust with darts to make it fit me better.

The top I ordered is shorter than I expected so have had to tuck it into clothing to prevent it riding up. The car airfreshners haven't lasted long but they look cute. The backflow insence cones don't light properly, spent 20mins to light one which I'm not doing every time. So all in, I liked everything but it wasn't great.

They came in good condition and they’re comfortable apart from the fact that they had some sort of green neon on the side of the shoe.

the hair dyed didn’t come out as vibrant and bright as i wanted it. other than that it’s good and smells amazing!

Got a few weird emails saying my order was cancelled but it wasnt. My product was broken but I'm sure that happened in transit

I really want to give a better review, but I have not actially gotten my order yet. I ordered on August 12th and my order has yet to ship and it is September 2nd. I know COVID has slowed things down a lot and I understand that, but I keep getting emails to review my items and the company and I really wish I could actually review them, but I can't, cause I don't have them. I have also only received one communication from attitude clothing in this time about the status, and there has been no communication on the page or order page about delays. Again I know the current climate effects orders, but some communication would be good.

i received my goods but unfortunately my yellow dye had popped in transit to me. everything else was perfect and luckily i only needed a little bit of yellow to do my hair. they were fast with delivery and great priced just unfortunately the one bottle of dye didnt make it here safely.

My item came within good time, however the item didn’t fit so I’m in the process of returning it. Initially, the customer service was good when I asked about when I’d expect the item. However when asking about how to make a return, the customer service responses were vague, and I’m still waiting for a response after submitting another request to make a return. The only reason why I’m asking how to return the item is because I don’t have the option to on my account as it says the item is still awaiting dispatch, despite having already been delivered.

I ordered the boots since they were available on the website. THEN.....I got the dreaded out of stock notice and they arrived a couple of MONTHS later. :D We are glad we got them but not everyone has that amount of time or patience.

Attitude themselves were ok, didn’t reply to an email I had tho, but the product was awful , washed out in one wash I know is it semi permanent but that takes the mick

Cardigan took ages to arrive. Had to chase it up when it still hadn’t got to me after two weeks. Only to be told it hadn’t actually been dispatched (despite me receiving a dispatch note) due to glitch in the system. The order was put through again and arrived the next day. I probably would not order from here again.

I loved everything except the triple moon goddess shelf which arrived broken:( I paid extra for shipping and so I thought it would be very carefully wrapped yet it was still broken.
