An e-mail was sent to you informing you of a delay and clearly stating the delivery date which is in October. As we have had no reply from you we have taken that to mean you are still wanting the boots, despite the delay. If for any reason you no longer want to wait you may contact us and we will process an immediate refund. These delays on certain footwear styles are out of our control and we always strive to keep our customers informed the best we can, we appreciate the delays are frutrating but you can be assured we are doing all we can to get orders shipped just a quickly as possible. This includes utilising the fastest possible air freight services to get the boots into our warehouse once they become available.

I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter's birthday over 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately I am still waiting for the boots which never arrived in time.

Needed to return the 2 items of clothing as they didn’t fit. I posted my parcel on the 15th of July with the prepaid label 2nd class. I have only just (7th September) been given a refund. This was only because I sent an email asking when I would roughly get it. I was issued a refund only a couple hours after I sent it so why had it taken so long to begin with? I understand with all that’s going on things will take longer but 2 months is a little bit ridiculous.

Even though this site has the biggest and best catalog for gothic/alternative home goods I'm having A LOT of trouble with this site. I am from the US and placed a huge order, totaling of about $350 (US DOLLARS) August 16th, and it is now September 7th, and I have been contacting customer service relentlessly, trying to get any response from them in order to give me an update on my order since no tracking number has been given.. anyways. If this gets anyone's attention at Attitude Clothing's customer service that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I bought the demonia shaker boots and they arrived quickly but they have a lot of marks on them that don’t come off, this is disappointing because I paid a lot for them and obviously expect them to be of high quality. If something can be done about this that would be great.

There were a lot of extra expences that i had to pay without being notified that this could happen. The item that i bought cost 348 nok on sale. I had to pay a total of 507 nok in total. I was not notified that you guys take extra payment for Visa card and other things. I had to pay 250 nok afterwards because it went through customs. Overall a bad experience

Please note there were no extra charges from us, all we ever charge is cost of goods plus shipping, there are never any hidden costs by ourselves. However our site very clearly states that if you live outside the E.U then the authorities in your country may choose to levy an import duty. As we have no control of these charges and they vary from country to country, we cannot advise how much they may cost in advance. We do advise you check the import duty rates in your country before ordering.

Shoes arrived full of scratches and glue stains. Terrible quality, one bit at the sole seems to actually come off. I feel like they send me a secondhand pair.

I would really like to give a good review for the item I ordered because I'm sure it's a really nice one. The only and biggest problem is that I never received that item and I paid by credit card. It's almost 2 months since I ordered. Attitude Clothing did their job (in some way), they sent the item, the item came to my door but the courier gave it to another person. So since then, the delivery company and me, are desperately trying to contact Attitude Clothing to resend the item but Attitude Clothing never responded. I wrote them 3 emails on 2 different adresses, and wrote them on Facebook and nothing. My question is: how can you say you care about customer service and ask for a review if you are not capable to respond to so many messages and help me resolve this issue. I never considered Attitude Clothing the problem in this situation, I paid, they sent the item, but now I consider them responsible because nobody answers my messages and the delivery company can't fix the problem for me because it was their fault. I think that a company should care a lot about the feedback and support and this one made me be sure that I would never buy from them again. Not because they don't sent the items because they do, and on time, but because incase of an issue they never respond! So thank you Attitude Clothing for taking my money and then never respond again.

Thank you for sending in your review, however we do need to respond to some of your points. Firstly regarding your claims that we have not responded to your e-mail. Our customer service e-mail system logs every single e-mail that we have ever received. A search shows that we have only ever received one e-mail from you and that was last night. It was replied to within 1 hour. We ALWAYS respond to customer e-mails, we would never ignore a customer e-mail, even if we cannot help we will always reply. As mentioned in our reply to you, we are currently looking into the matter for you and will do our best to help however until your e-mail last night and this review we had no idea of a problem. We have checked the tracking from our delivery partner which shows the item as successfully delivered to the address that you asked us to ship to. Obviously if you are stating the item has not been received then the delivery company are going to have to investigate which will take a few days, this was mentioned to you in the e-mail.

We have been in touch with you regarding this parcel, unfortunately we have been informed by the carrier that the item has gone missing in transit. This is a very rare occurrence. We are back in touch with you to arrange a replacement parcel and to ensure it arrives in time for Christmas.

I purchased an item with 2 day delivery as I needed this item 6 days from purchase. I then received an email to say the item wasn't actually in stock although your website implied it was, and was therefore coming from the US and would arrive on Thursday. I contacted customer services to say if you couldn't guarantee delivery by saturday then I would like to cancel my order. I was advised this wouldn't be a problem and you kindly upgraded my delivery to guarantee next day. I received an email notification on friday morning to say my package was in transit however it was not delivered till the following monday which was too late for the deadline. I found it very frustrating that your website implies you have items in stock and I can receive them in 2 days when this is not the case. This has resulted in me needing to send back the item as it was no longer required. I would therefore be grateful if you would not charge me for the return costs of this item. As an aside, the sizing appears to be completely wrong for this item. It is significantly larger than normal sizing. I am always a 42 and this was at least 2 sizes too large although your website implies that sizing is actually small with this brand so it might be worth reviewing that.

Unfortunately due to an error on our website you received less than satisfactory service from us and we are very sorry for this. Whilst virtually everything showing on our site is in stock and available for immediate despatch, some footwear on our site has to be ordered in from the manufacturer.These items should be marked up as such, making it clear that the delivery will take 5-7 days. Due to an error on the site, the item you ordered was showing as available for immediate despatch. Upon receiving your order we contacted you and informed you of the delivery date. Luckily this was still in time for your required date. The boots were due into us on the Thursday and we planned to send them to you on the overnight service for Friday. Normally our boot delivery arrives early and we can ship the same day, but on the day in question they did not arrive until last thing and we could not send them out until the Friday meaning they arrived late. We sincerely apologise to you, we hate letting our customers down. We will be in touch to arrange collection of the boots, which will be at our cost.

i ordered a urban classic open edge hooded long cardigan, priced £ 33,99 it was ment to be a xmas gift from my mum for her grandson, when it arrived i was shocked by the quality of the item, the sleeves wasnt finished and had threads hanging from them , and there wasnt a hem around the bottom, so it wouldnt of taken much to come apart, i havent ordred from here before, and unsure if the items are quality checked before sending out, not impressed with my first exprience, alot of money for somthing that looks like ive had it years.

We do not check each item individually as they arrive to us in sealed bags, however we do have a lot of trust in our suppliers and their quality control procedures. It is extremely rare for this to happen, we will of course replace or refund the item, whichever you prefer. Could not return an item. Your Hassle free returns is not Hassle free like you think it is. When i asked for help on this matter, i got one email back, i followed the instructions i was given and sadly still no fix. It also said in your email that if i had any issues to email you again. Guess what i had more issues. I also emailed you back 3 more times after the event on 3 different days and got ignored. So i have given up. i don't plan on shopping with you again either if this is how your returns are done now. I have used your site for many years with no issues. But now you went and fixed something that was never broken in the first place. I remember the days when you just sent the returns labels with the items its amazing how simple that process was. So Congratulations! you just made something really easy and turned it into a really pain in the A**! Thanks.

Hi Our returns system is usually hassle free, occasionally there are glitches but there is always a way around any problem. After checking our e-mail system we can only see two communications from you, both had exactly the same message and were received on the 14th of October at 11.20. A reply was made at 11.32 and since then we have received no more e-mails from you. Our e-mail inbox is monitored 7 days a week and the vast majority of e-mails are responded to swiftly. We are really sorry that you have not had a reply it is unfortunate that your e-mails did not get through. I recently received a pair of shaker 52 wedge boots and wasn't particularly happy with the condition. I know that they are shipped from America; so I understand if the box is a bit battered but the shoes should be better protected. They are a bit scuffed on the front and marked a little on the sides, it's nothing major but (for a 16 year old working for minimum wage) it's a lot of money. I also have another pair of shoes (the swing 221 boot) which arrived in perfect condition; so I'm a little confused as to why these aren't the same. I've emailed the sales department and am waiting for a response.

Poor quality goods (material and metals cheap) packaging was poor meaning items were damaged and squashed. Some items were gifts so ended up having to get them elsewhere. The pins were good quality, shame that the backs were bent! Gave 2 stars as the unicorn pin I bought was great and the only thing I wasn't disappointed by.
