“Amazing quality of products. Kept me up to date with progress. The shoes I ordered were ones that needed to come from the USA as they don't keep the stock here, but I was very well informed of the progress. Shopped here a few times and intend to shop again.”

“Great customer service. I placed an order on the 27th of July and was dispatched the next day. Unfortunately the delivery service lost it so Attitude Clothing wasn't faulty. The only reason I put a 4/5 it's because I wasn't able to see if the order was correct when delivered. I sent them loads of emails and I always got a friendly, rapid and complete answer (they took between 20 minutes to a few hours to answer me back.) Since they weren't able to sent my items a second time because everything was sold out, (Every item was in the summer sales.) they refund me without a question. Firstly in my e-wallet but I asked to get a refund directly on my bank account. (It took less than a day so definitely not 30 days as I already saw.) They also gave me a voucher for my next order. Overall I think it's a pretty good site with a wide range of products and brands. There's always a voucher code or sales which is great.”

Thanks for your positive - review despite the courier company having lost your parcel! Unfortunately due to most of your order being for sale items which have since sold out, we have been unable to re-send and so we've issued a full refund instead. We try to answer all emails as quickly as possible, however due to different time zones around the world this may take a little longer in some instances. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
