“Product out of stock, no mention of this on the website. Took my money and still waiting for delivery or refund 1 month later. Birthday present for my daughter so gutted that not delivered by her special day. Not impressed.”

“I purchased the padlock necklace - the quality is pretty poor and the quality of the material makes it look quite cheap and tacky - I really should have known by the low-price-point. I probably need to stick to the clothes.”

We have sold literally hundreds of this item and until now, have never had a single complaint and not even one ever returned. The item is very popular. Our customers love it! It costs just a few pounds and is excellent value for money. Of course if you compare it to more expensive jewellery it will not be the same quality, that is why it costs just a few pounds!!

“Literally everything that I ordered is exactly how it was pictured the tops I got for me and my hubby are a little snug on us but we just need to loose some weight and wear/wash them more often”
