“Most of the clothes fit expet the pants i bought, i ordered a xl and the tag Said xl, but there is no way that pair of pants where in xl. But other than that it was a Quick derivery and good quality”

“Selling products from shein at 4x their original cost I do not recommend Attitude Clothing at all they also have the slowest customer service response not within the 48hours they claim on website.”

Thank you for the review, however we need to point out several inaccuracies within it. Firstly we responded to your initial email (received 25/7 at 13:45) within a few hours. It is noted that you then sent several further e-mail all of which were replied to within a few hours at the most. You were not happy that we could not cancel your order. If you want to cancel an order with us you need to be quick as we are busy picking and packing orders all day every day to ensure fast shipping. Unfortunately we just cannot cancel an order once it has been picked and packed. As your order had already been picked and packed we were unable to cancel at that stage, however we made it very clear that you are welcome to return all or part of the order once delivered. We do not source any products from Shein and none of the products you ordered from us are sold on there. We deal direct with the manufacturer and they do not sell on Shein. The item you mentioned in your e-mail is £7.99 on our website, there is no direct comparison on Shein. There is a vaguely similar version you mentioned at a quarter of the price is literally a completely different product, like with any product there will be cheaper and more expensive versions. The ice tray we sell makes more cubes and is a very good quality product fairly priced at £7.99.

“Bought a studded choker and hairband and a raven skull hair bobble for an 11 year old goth girl. She absolutely loved them and although we're supposed to be for adults were adjustable so fitted her fine. My only complaint was that the raven skull bobble arrived snapped off. I superglued it back on so it wasn't a big problem.”

“I baught some sandles and paid express delivery on the item worth £103 Delivery was £4 or more. Unfortunately my address hadn't changed when I had changed it and didn't notice until the invoice was sent via email that my old address was on the parcel Your company refused to help and didn't respond to my worried email for over a week. So couldn't help I still have not got my sandles and am £107 out of pocket... inquire as well put the cash in the bin I saved up for these and am gutted Bad customer service”

Unfortunately it is not possible to intercept the mail once an order is on its way. We have informed you that if the parcel is returned to us we will happily ship it out again for you.

“Not too happy to be honest i ordered the shoes iv wanted for ages. I was sent out a pair that where faulty but i get charged for postage and they expect me to order again to pay for postage again i think thats disgusting if you ask me i think if thats whats gonna be done should warn people first and maybe check your product is fit to got out before sending it”

“I love attitude clothing products - but it always seems to arrive broken. I've had bad experiences 2-3 times in a row now. Its now gotten to the point where I no longer wish to purchase from you. When I have sent email, I have recieved what seems to be a pre-written rushed email, regardless of sending my thoughts in a official complaint. I have to pay to send items back, and in certain circumstances I would have to pay more to send back the item than I would getting a refund. The ultimatums are unfair and some emails were extremely unprofessional. Products are poor quality, and when ive been given a replacement or voucher for future purchases - that has also arrived damaged or broken within a matter of weeks. Im disappointed in the problems that I have encountered, due to lack of professionalism through emails, and the way circumstances were handled.”

We go to great lengths to provide the best customer service. Every effort has been made to resolve this customers issues, countless replacements have been sent and many hours dealing with enquiries. Overall 99.99% of what we ship out arrives intact. Unfortunately this customer has had several problems which is very strange as we have ensured extra care, over and above our already careful packaging is taken. Somehow every order seems to be a problem. We have several hundred reviews on here and the vast majority that comment on the packaging, give very positive reviews. All our warehouse staff are thoroughly trained in packaging procedures to ensure safe transit of the order.

“I bought a pair of vinyl thigh-high Demonia boots from Attitude. They arrived within a week, and I'm pleased with the quality. Shortly afterwards I sent an email asking for advice on how to best store the boots. Izzy promptly replied to me with some very helpful information. I really appreciated this as it went above and beyond Attitude's role as a retailer.”
