“Easy to use website, clear delivery aims and costs, excellent quality of product - I was most surprised that I'd ordered a size too big (20) because normally clothing at my size (16-18) tends to be too tight when ordered online, but I can't take it off to return it! such a good addition to my wardrobe, one that I can wear both on a professional setting and a casual one.”

“I did not order many things, a shawl, hair dye brush and such, but it came really quickly ! I bought some other goods from the band of the shawl a week before from the brand's website and it still hasn't arrived so I'll Shop on attitude instead from now on :)”

“I think it was due to Christmas, but I was only able to choose 3-7 day delivery on my items. I’d bought some pieces for a party but unfortunately they didn’t arrive until day 9 which was a little disappointing. They actually weren’t even dispatched until the day of the party (about day 7 I think). When I emailed to check the ETA I got a response immediately even though it was Sunday evening - so that was great! Would just say give a little more time than it says for arrival but apart from that all good!”

Thank you for your review and we are very sorry we could not get the order to you as quickly as you would have liked. We can ship for next working day delivery 99% of the items that we sell. However because your order contained Demonia footwear (which ships from a different warehouse) a few days extra are added to the delivery time. On 99% of orders all shipping options are available.
