“I received a wrong item (their mistake, got size XS/S instead of M/L) and they don't have the right size in stock anymore. Now I have to pay the return postage to get money back for the wrong item. So I won't get my whole order... but I get to pay postage for nothing. :( Another little detail: an item described as "army wool coat" contained 0% wool. My advice: read the small print in the item descriptions and simply don't order from outside UK! (Only UK returns are free.)”

“Fast shipping, nice item, but unfortunately never received a tracking number. Which is a pity, as international shipments are sometimes late or lost. With a tracking number this would be more save and customer friendly.”

“I bought 3 bags, all the same style in different prints. I am a busy fitness instructor, and love fun backpacks, which are best for posture walking to my local gym, or just in and out of local places I teach. These are ideal; they have a large capacity: I can fit 2 x 1 1/2L water bottles in, plus my spin shoes, music, mic, snack etc. Unlike many bags I've had in the past, the zips are strong, and the straps are substantial enough not to pull away under weight. I will come to Attitude for my bags in future.”

“I paid £5.99 for next day delivery. It was not next day. I got it 3 days later. Then when my product arrived it was horrendous and turned my hair green so no, I will never buy from this place again.”
