“The Order arrived on time in one package. Ordered 12 viny singles a mix of vg+ and ex grade and 1 vg grade. Let me tell you these vg+ and ex singles are in excellent condition with no visible marks and the sound quality is also excellent. Very pleased with the goods and the service from this Company and we will purchase again as we add to our collection.”

We're so sorry to hear this! Unfortunately, we don't have any replacements for this record but we issued a full refund as soon as we were notified of the problem (via this review), with no need to return the record to us. We work exceptionally hard to ensure that every single record that leaves us does so in the same condition as we described, but we can make mistakes and we can only apologise when this does happen and work hard to rectify the mistake.
