Hi Leslie, We can only apologise again for the delay to your order. We can confirm that it was dispatched by us on the 3rd. Very occasionally, items can be delayed or even go missing during postage. It is likely that the long bank holiday weekend contributed to the delay with this record. However, I can confirm that my colleague has now issued you with a full refund for the order and we can only apologise for any disappointment caused.
