We're so sorry again that your order was delayed, although we can see that it was delivered six working days after dispatch and the morning after you left this feedback. We always dispatch orders within one working day of them being placed, but unfortunately beyond that, they can very occasionally be caught up in delays that are outside of our control. “I would certainly recommend Atlas, I have bought several vinyls from them amd all great and as described. I have only ever had a problem with one, I phoned on the day of receipt/playing amd straight away they apologized amd offerred to refund. I actually wanted ot replaced and the one they had in-stock they put by, sent out a returns slip and replaced once the damaged one was received. Very obliging and swift service”
