“LP cover (graded VG) was in reasonable to good condition considering its construction. The LP itself (graded VG+) was disappointing. There were marks on A1 and B1 which may have been acceptable had the whole disc not suffered from surface noise. Some places worse than others but the whole listening experience was not good. I tried cleaning the disc on a Pro-Ject PC-E vacuum cleaner but it has not improved matters. A shame.”

Unfortunately, we don't have any replacements for this LP but we issued a full refund as soon as we were notified of the problem, with no need to return the record to us. We work exceptionally hard to ensure that every single record that leaves us does so in the same condition as we described, but we can make mistakes and we can only apologise when this does happen and work hard to rectify the mistake.
