“I’m a first time buyer and found the service was all 5-Star great. Very nicely packaged, delivered quickly and safely by Royal Mail. Sealed record sleeve outer cellophane cover was a classy touch, but the inner sleeve was the real magic. Although much like the Mofi and Big Fudge 3-ply anti static inner sleeves I currently use, the Atlas ones are just a little smaller making reinsertion so much easier. To me this simple thing makes a huge difference for overall record care.”

“The box it was delivered in was soaking wet and disintegrating,the delivery person was very clever in only photoing the corner that was dry so the damage couldn’t be seen,luckily there was no damage to the vinyl as it was covered in cellophane but I wasn’t happy about it”

We were very sorry to hear that your order arrived wet, but we're glad that there was no damage to the record. We use the strongest mailers on the market, but they’re not impenetrable and unfortunately, water can be particularly damaging to cardboard. The packaging would have been in perfect condition when it left us, so this damage must have occurred during shipping, which is sadly beyond our control. I can see that my colleague has already apologised and offered a free return for a full refund which you would still be very welcome to take advantage of. Once again, I can only apologise for the issue with your order and I'm glad that our plastic sleeve protected the sleeve and record from any damage. - Holly
