“Timely delivery, well packaged and reasonable delivery cost. Product continues to increase in price dramatically but that’s everywhere. I did find somewhere slightly cheaper after placing order. So price is my main issue but I know the product is effective and does no harm to my fussy stone paving.”

“I initially had a problem with an order I placed whereby the website showed my order as completed but in fact the tiles were not available for 3 months. However, since discovering the problem, Darren from the customer service team has have been super helpful at identifying another tile option that was available within the timeframe required and arranging a very fast delivery. Thank you Darren. My only reason for a 4 star review is because of the initial problem. The way it was resolved is 5 star.”

“On-line purchase of bathroom wall tiles. Quality product at a competitive price, which was delivered in a few days. Free delivery was a major selling point for me. My only quibble was that I did not receive a delivery advice email and it was only by chance that I was available at my property to receive the shipment.”
