“I ordered 2 sample tiles from you. It was easy to order them and they arrived quickly. I appreciate there was only a small cost and it is difficult to send a representative piece of tile, but the "proper " full sized tile has many different shades and colours in it, and the piece of tile I received was all 1 colour, so not very helpful. It was a good job my bathroom fitter had a larger piece of tile he let me borrow.”

Dear Annette, Thank you very much for leaving feedback. We do apologise if this caused any inconvenience. Unfortunately it is very hard to include all the variations of a 600mm x 1200mm tile in a 100mm x 100mm sample. You are of course welcome to purchase a full tile or larger cut sample from us but it would have to be shipped via a pallet or box (dependent on size) to ensure it does not break. Thus a larger carriage fee would be charged. Many thanks, Atlas Team

“Atlas was good - but the delivery arrive with 3 bags of floor screen ripped open - poor information on delivery date/time No tracking available.”

“Service ok , postage cost stupid as we did two sep orders to save £20 and was questioned by the company !! Emails were not great with updates for delivery and could have been a little friendlier .”

We needed to send this email as a lot of customers accidently duplicate orders and if we don't double check the orders before dispatch it could cause potential issues. I hope you understand. Regarding the delivery charge we are always working on reducing this however we do send a lot of goods via pallet due to their fragile nature. Again I apologise for any inconvenience this caused. “Atlas Ceramics was the only place I could fine the tile trim corners I was after, which was great and they were only £2.70 for a 2 pack. Unfortunately I had to £9.95 for delivery. When they turned up, they were in an envelope with a first class stamp. The delivery charges should reflect the items orders and not just be a set charge across the board.”

“The sample arrived broken. This didn’t matter for a colour check but was more annoying given the amount of bubble wrap used. We will be ordering the tiles”

“The sample we bought was not close to the colouring suggested by the picture so we were quite disappointed., while we liked the design. Othe samples we have had were delivered free or were returned to our dealer.”
