“Ordered samples on line which arrived in a couple of days then ordered the bulk on a saturday online which arrived Tuesday in the snow. We were kept informed by phone on position of delivery right up to a couple of minutes prior to them arriving, courier from local area was great. 48 hours to check and report breakages on a 43 Sq M of tile order is a bit tight but understand the reasons (24 hours in and not been able to check ours yet!).”

“Amazing service from the team at Atlas Ceramics! Friendly and efficient; our samples arrived really quickly and once we placed the order, our full batch of mosaics arrived the next day, all nicely packed and protected in transit. Really lovely quality product - can't wait to see it on the walls in our new bathroom.”

“Only needed one floor tile. Virtually only place that stocked terracotta in the large size. Customer service excellent. Was sent a sample to check and then ordered the tile which arrived quickly. Only amusing part was the packaging which was huge amounts of bubble wrap to stop it from breaking and the delivery cost which was three times the cost of the tile! But my problem not theirs. All in all excellent.”

“Very friendly and professional service from all the staff with whom I had contact. I dealt with lovely Daniel mostly who helped me make my choice, guided me through the wide choice of quality tiles, and gave me knowledgeable advice. I think it was with Mike who took my order on another visit. They happily, and easily, dealt with my VAT-free order, due to my husband’s medical condition. My BEAUTIFUL Waitomo Blue ceramic wall tiles arrived ahead of schedule in perfect condition. They have created the ‘wow factor’ in my lovely new shower room. I was already a returning customer and can’t wait to need Atlas Ceramics for a third time! 5 star service - this form wouldn’t let me click that option, for some reason.”
