“Dan always makes an excellent impression, he’s always on the end of the phone or email to help with orders, problems or added items required quickly last minute. Dan is forever going out of his way to make sure we get what we need when we need it thus keeping our jobs within the time allowed. Dan is also my go to contact for when I send customers into the shop, his knowledge is second to none.”

“The days I know I need to get in contact with Tom at Atlas Ceramics are the days I know I will have a great service. The efficiency and warmth I receive via email and telephone are second to none. Furthermore, the competence and organisation of Darren's accounts system is mind-blowing. I have never come across a company that is run so smoothly and efficiently and I become excited every time I get to deal with either Tom or Darren.”

“Darren went above and beyond when I turned up with a dead phone that had all the details of the tiles that I wanted to purchase. His knowledge was excellent and he found the required tiles with the briefest of description. I would not hesitate in using Atlas Ceramics for future purchases. Even though it is a 25 min drive from home. Good price. Quality product.”

“We had outstanding service from Dan and Tom at Atlas. Both were super helpful and accommodating despite my taking ages to decide and having lots of questions. They have lots of options to choose from and if you can’t find anything you like they will work with you to source alternatives. So glad we have such a great tile shop locally. “I searched everywhere but just couldn't find a tile that suited my new kitchen, until I called into Atlas Ceramics. They choose their stock so the selection is varied and different to anywhere else. Very friendly, helpful staff, who go the extra mile for their customers. Absolutely delighted with my tiles, perfect match and make my new kitchen complete. Great value for money. Thank you, I will definitely use and recommend Atlas again.”
