“I purchased some coasters. The map was very fuzzy and a poor quality reproduction, despite the casters themselves being of a good physical condition, and the price reflecting a premium product. After contacting Customer Services to enquire, I was told that this was my fault as I should have somehow known that zooming in during ordering was needed to make it legible which I think is a poor response. (I was trying to give feedback to avoid others being disappointed, rather than soliciting a refund.) The base level of resolution should be at a sufficiently good quality at the smallest available magnification. Sadly I can’t recommend this company.”

“I have ordered two bespoke pieces of art from Atlas and I. The service was outstanding! They did exactly what i wanted and sent me proofs in advance. Then the delivery was amazing... I had the art within the week! Great friendly staff, exceptional service and great value for money - the Art working is beautiful.”

“Recently purchased a silhouette print for my husband birthday. Following a hitch with the order, the service was first class, speedy and resolved without any problems and in a very courteous manner. End result great and my husband very pleased with his gift.”
