“Website was hard to use, wrong map sent on my order and despite emails and calls no one answers to help rectify the problem. A good idea but NOT worth the money and very poor customer. PS I never leave negative reviews but no choice here”

“I wouldn't bother paying for a "bespoke" print. It took over a month to organise as on average it took them 5 days to answer a simple email, they don't answer the phone or respond to voicemails. The extra £60 it cost certainly didn't go on customer service. They took my money and then went silent, didn't even confirm they had received the money and no notification of when the item was sent. Other than being a nice printer paper, this is not worth the money.”

I have emailed countless times trying to sort it out and other than a reply asking what I actually received (which is replied to) I have had no further contact. “Be very careful if you are looking to get a map of a very rural location. I checked the postcode on 3 separate mapping sites to check it came up on the correct location, which it did on all three sites. I went ahead only to find a map delivered that showed a location miles from the area I wanted. The old site allowed you to check location after ordering, but it does not now. If you are thinking of getting a map showing open countryside in areas such as Scotland, Wales or somewhere a postcode covers a large area, prepare for disappointment! I now have a meaningless map that is of no use to me.”
