“Brilliant service. I ordered 3 items from the Newbury 25 range before noon and the items arrived next morning. The quality is amazing and so well packaged. Assembly was very easy with clear instructions. I can thoroughly recommend the company, prices and the product range.”

“Can't praise this company highly enough! Best customer service I've encountered for ages. Bought a chair as it was best price I could find on the internet and a small problem with the item (that wasn't their fault at all) was quickly dealt with and a replacement part sent out immediately. Would thoroughly recommend and definitely use again.”

“Dealing with Atlantis Office was excellent, from the order being placed, keeping me informed and up to the delivery! The product is excellent but I do have to obtain some 'Suspension Files' to suit me. You have the option of A4 or Foolscap which, in fairness, the supplier cannot forsee which you may need. I would readily recommend the supplier. Kind Regards Chris”

“The filing cabinet we ordered looks good quality but when we got it home there was no key to open the unit, the item was ordered on the 6th July and collected on the 8th July, we contacted Atlantis office on Monday 11th July at 9.05am so that a key could be put in the post, it is now 3.15pm on 13th July and we are not happy as the key still has not arrived. we have made many phone calls to get a key delivered which should have been put in the post on Monday 11th July. The staff have been very friendly and polite but action and communication has been very poor. We still cannot get the unit open - help.”

“Very courteous staff. I ordered after their postal deadline but my amazing chair arrived before 9am the next day which was SO helpful. The chair itself (the Kanga Heavy Duty Kneeling Chair) was really well-made and very simple to put together. It is such a pleasure to use instead of the non-swivel varieties I've used in the past. “Ordered a Newbury Cupboard in Beech; that was stated as 'in stock' on the web-site received the following e-mails: - 1: Thank you for your interest in Atlantis Office Ltd products. Your order has been received and will be processed once payment has been confirmed. 2: Your order has been updated to the following status: Complete 3: Thank you for your order, this has been dispatched today for delivery tomorrow. This has been dispatched via TNT and your tracking number is xxxxxxxxx. Please also find attached a copy of your VAT Invoice / Receipt #xxxxx. If you have any questions, please let me know. 4: Unfortunately there has been a bit of confusion and we only have the Newbury cupboard available in Oak, would you like us to send out an oak cupboard instead or alternatively we can of course, issue you with a full refund, I replied stating I needed the cupboard in Beech not Oak, and received the following e-mail:- 5. Your refund has now been issued, this may take up to 3-5 days, sorry for any inconvenience caused by this, To be fair, the refund was processed the same day as the last e-mail; so that was a positive. And another positive is that their website does now state that the Beech variety is out of stock. It's just one of my pet hates that companies are still unable to maintain correct stock level information on their websites after all these years of Internet Shopping.”
