“Purchased a Louvre Home Desk, together with new replacement chair. Spoke to the staff on numerous occasions, and changed my mind several times. Nothing was too much trouble, irrespective of how many many times l called. Delivery firm (not related to Atlantis), caused a couple of problems. Not sure, but l thinks the ladies name was 'Lisa' she was very helpful, and managed to resolve any issues l had. Would certainly purchase other items in the future; very impressed. Shame l can only award 5 stars!!!”

“Everything was good up until delivery, the office seats were supposed to be delivered Friday 11th March 2022 but we received notification of a delay, and that they would be delivered instead Monday 14th March, no show on Monday and no update, arrived Tuesday mid morning, no further reasons for delay given? Good Job we had some spare chairs for our staff to sit on whilst they arrived?? I paid more for the chairs than other suppliers on the web, because of the delivery promise, was not worth much in this instance, would think again about using them?”

“Splendid Faux Leather swivel chair delivered, assembled and working well. I have had a similar chair for a few years, and the support was getting a bit loose, the hydraulic height adjustment a bit leaky and the leather was rather worn through constant use -- So I bought an exact replacement. Say no more! Good chair for 150 KG man”

“Ordered a chair back in December 2021, we are now in March 2022 and have still not received it. Keep being told delivery postponed and being offered a different one, just want the one we ordered. To add insult to injury, my card has been debited for the full amount. I OBVIOUSLY CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.”

Hi, I am so sorry you feel we have let you down, we tried our best to keep you updated with the shipped dates but unfortunately, the ship was constantly being delayed at every port it stopped at, which in turn delayed your product from arriving in the UK. We did on more than one occasion offer you a different product or a refund. Regarding having your card debited, we cannot hold a product (as it gets allocated to you) without payment. As soon as you asked for a refund we issued it on the same day, which was after you wrote this review, it would have been nice to get in touch with us to tell us how you are feeling before leaving a 1-star review. Apologize again but this is not what to expect from us.

“The product itself is very good, can't complain, however there was an issue with the delivery. The product was due to to arrive within 2 working days, I placed the order on a Sunday in anticipation of getting it on the Tuesday as I knew I wouldn't be able to accept delivery on the Wednesday. I place the order on Sunday and on Monday I got a phone call telling me they would deliver on Tuesday, perfect. However, there was no delivery on the Tuesday. On Wednesday I phoned up enquiring what happened and apparently their system was having problems so I was told they would phone me back. A little later I got a phone call from the delivery driver telling me they were attempting delivery but there was no answer. This is why I ordered to get it on the Tuesday, I even put a note on the order saying should there be any delays with the delivery I would not be able to accept delivery on the Wednesday. The delivery driver said he would see of a neighbour would accept delivery and 2 minutes later I got a text from the driver saying he had managed to leave the product with a neighbour. Product 5/5 Customer service 5/5 Delivery 2/5”
