“We're really pleased with our 2-drawer beech effect filing cabinet. It's a great size and looks like a piece of furniture. Just what we wanted. It arrived in quick time too. Great service!”

“I actually ordered a similar desk from another company the week before and they went dark so I had to cancel it. I was impressed with Atlantis and the good contact they kept with me. It is very much appreciated. The desk actually couldn't be delivered the week I ordered it due to the snow, but it was redelivered the week after (on a day on my choosing) and I was very happy with the delivery company you choose to work with too. They were on time, polite and helped me to carry the boxes up 2 flights of stairs. Thank you very much.”

“Excellent customer service! I wanted more information than the online photos showed, and Rachel took two more photos so I could see the detail I needed. Atlantis also made sure I had earlier delivery than I had expected. Item is good quality and exactly as described. Very satisfied.”

“Chairs were delivered in a reasonable time unfortunately no indication of the time of delivery could be given. We liked the chairs but they were a different colour to that described on the website. The colour we wanted was not available and after informing Atlantis they offered us a partial credit in compensation. We accepted this as it was less hassle but we would have preferred the goods as advertised.”

“Bought the 'Ergo Dynamic Black Leather Posture Chair With Black Frame' from Atlantis a month ago. Wouldn't recommend the product at all - lumbar support is very firm and not as advertised. States 'Unique auto adjusting patented lumber support' but actually doesn't adjust at all to your posture and pushes in lower back - after a month, discomfort has got to the point that I no longer sit on it. Spoke to manufacturer direct who told me that there isn't a fault with the product - it is supposed to be quite firm and there is no way of adjusting. Out of return period now so nothing they can do - so spent £290 on a chair for my home office that I am now going to have replace. Atlantis responsive to my query but unable to do anything as outside of returns policy Expensive experience”
