“Although I ordered my chair on the deadline for next day delivery the chair arrived on time. It was well packaged, the assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. The quality of the product is superior to others that I have seen at a similar price and the chair met my purpose in every way. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase.”

“Please review who you use for delivery of items. We experienced poor customer service from DX couriers. I googled the the company after their delivery and discovered that they have nearly 300 customers reviews with an average rating of 1.3 out of 5 - I don't think I've ever seen anything that bad on Google. Whilst we're happy with the service provided by Atlantis, I believe the the choice of courier, unfortunately, has a negative effect on your reputation as well.”

“The chair arrived as advertised - the next day. Fairly easy to put together, assembling key provided in the box. I cannot comment yet on the functionality as I have just started using it. however, it looks quite robust and well made for a fairly reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it! I've only awarded 4 Stars as I don't know how good it will turn out to be.”

“The kneeler chair is very comfortable and takes up much less space than an office chair, which is useful when using it in a home office that may not be as big. It has certainly improved my back - I now have no back pain when sitting to work on my laptop at the desk. My only criticism would be that, as with all flat-pack furniture I optimistically set to work to put the chair together but then found that one set of holes didn't line up for the mechanism that adjusts the height - I had to file away a fair portion of the wood in order to get it to fit. It was fine in the end but it only serves to emphasize that flat-pack furniture is not simple to put together; it saves manufacturers and retailers a lot of time and money but it certainly lowers customer satisfaction. Overall, however, I am now happy with the chair.”

“I had spent a lot of time researching for a new office chair and had in mind exactly what I wanted. Many other companies have a long lead time and a very restricted choice of colours. The chair, as promised was delivered the next day and was very easy to put together. In my opinion Atlantis Office chairs are reasonably priced and of a great quality and are the best available to buy online. I highly recommend them.”

“Having a back problem and using a cheap office chair made me look for a suitable alternative. Found Atlantis online and went to the showroom that day. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and there was a good selection of quality chairs on display. I was left to try these out and found exactly what I was looking for. Following a conversation with Aimee over the two chairs selected I purchased the preferred chair (very simple transaction and the invoice was emailed to me) and I was also offered a discount price against those prices on display. The chair arrived next day, boxed, undamaged and well protected (self assembly which was easy to do) and I am now working very comfortably in the office. Well done all at Atlantis, very good service and within my budget, would happily recommend you.”
