“Placed order for Nola High Back chair. Paid for assembly and specific day of delivery. Checked on when chair might be delivered the day of delivery. After research was told chair left day before but was not on TNT delivery for day the, nor was it in their computer. Was offered next day delivery, but I had taken the day off for this specific day for delivery. Offering to deliver next day, and without me checking time of delivery for original delivery, I wasted a day. I was not going to try to get another day to sit for delivery. I felt some kind of restitution would have been offered other than we will bring again next day, like free assembly, something of a rebate, but none offered, so cancelled and refunded chair. Having customers wait all day, having to check on delivery status and then by myself checking, was told it wasn't coming and could only offer next day delivery or refund. Not customer oriented service and will not recommend.”

“Great chair . Really pleased its not too heavy really comfortable. My hubby put it together with no problem . Good quality would recommend . I can now comfortably spend more time on my computer ( watching Amazon films LOL!!)”

“I would have happily provided an excellent review of Atlantis Office Ltd. however the rating system did not provide for more. I can say that this company has provided me with the best customer service that I have ever encountered. With a speedy delivery and service, going above and beyond what I would have ever expected . We need more local firms that provide such service. Cannot commend Atlantis highly enough. Would rate Atlantis with at least 6*.”

“Purchased desk, cupboard, 2 pedestals and chair from Atlantis. Furniture of good quality, staff helpful, delivery and assembly punctual and excellent. Problem sorted with no trouble as one of the doors marked but replaced Would recommend. Christine Matthews. Great Waldingfield”

“I came across Atlantis during an online search and was pleased that they could provide a service to members of the public such as myself as well as to companies. Fantastic service from the sales manager and we were fortunate to discover that the chair we required had surplus stock on the premises which meant we could take one home with us the same day. Good step by step instructions meant the chair was easy to put together. I will definitely use the company in the future. If using satnav turn left when you see the Kawasaki dealership and Atlantis is a little further up on the left handside.”
