Was offered several alternatives, found one I liked, order went through smoothly, after they answered all my queries very pleased with my choice. Delivery was very quick. Chair was a bit tricky to assemble by yourself, would recommend having it assembled if you can.”

“Great company - I’ve ordered twice from them now. Each time communication has been spot-on. My particular orders weren’t always in stock, but I was emailed almost straight away with alternative products. The alternatives offered are always very similar to what was originally requested, on my most recent purchase I actually preferred the alternative to my original order, and it was slightly cheaper. I was refunded straight away with the difference. No hassle or fuss. There was a bit of a delay with the courier company, but Katy was on the case chasing them and keeping me updated. I love the customer service which is why I keep coming back.”

“I bought the Curva High Back Ergonomic Mesh Chair via the fully assembled and delivered service -- it was a very smooth experience. It also was delivered a little before the estimated date which was a bonus. The chair was in immaculate condition, the bloke who came was very courteous, friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Very cheerful. Also I'd like to note the people via email are wonderful too, I'm very happy all around, thanks for an easy and pleasant experience.”

“So good to be able to go somewhere where you can actually sit on the chairs to be sure of finding something suitable. Lots of choice and some really good prices too. I bought a Wellington Leather exec. for my home office. Not what I was looking for as it has fixed arms and fixed back height, but the moment I sat in it I knew I'd found the one. Sooo comfortable. It arrived two days later and was simple to assemble. V V happy.”

“I'm so pleased with the office furniture that I bought for my home office, the quality of everything that they provided is excellent. They had everything I needed in stock and it was delivered within 48 hours (I placed the order on Sunday so that's in effect next day delivery). When I contacted them regarding delivery they were also very helpful. Another point is their website, which is very clear with plenty of photos and a very extensive list of items in stock. The clear photos is actually very important as sometimes it's hard to tell how well constructed some desks are, and there are some very cheaply made ones out there on the internet. I thoroughly recommend Atlantis Office for home and business needs.”
