“I placed an order for a storage cupboard the parts all arrived safe. I wrongly had a few issues. The brilliant Joel very patiently sorted me out and is still supporting me to the final assembly of my unit. I have purchased 3 of the same units over the years. Thanks Joel”

“Excellent service from start to finish! Joel was very helpful, explaining about the chair features and took the time to give more information on the colours - the kingfisher colour is spot on and the chair is perfect for improving my posture. “Dear Atlantis Office Ltd, The chair arrived on the day advised at a convenient time. It was in 'flat pack' form (obviously). My son who is of a moderate DIY disposition (don't tell him) was able to assemble it in about 15 minutes. It is comfortable and remains so after many hours of use. I am very satisfied with it. “After almost going crazy looking for chairs everywhere during the Covid-19 crisis, finding Atlantis Office was the best thing that could happen. The chair I ordered arrived on the next day (even though they mentioned it could take up to 48 hours due to covid) in perfect condition and for a very reasonable price. Assembling it was very easy and the chair itself is very comfortable and sturdy. No complaints at all. Communication with the company was also terrific (five stars to Joel for all his patience and prompt replies!). I totally and absolutely recommend them.”

“Bought this chair during lockdown for work from home purposes. However, very disappointed with the purchase, paid over two hundred pound for a chair that lean forward and caused me backache.”

Hi Amy Just seen this negative review from yourself, I feel really disappointed as you have not contacted us at all. We would have been happy to help. Regarding your comments - the chair has an independent mechanism which can be locked into any position, including front tilt. 1 lever controls the seat height 1 lever controls the back tilt 1 lever controls the seat tilt, you just need to adjust this and push the chair back and then it will lock into whichever backwards tilt you need. Please can you let me know if you need help and I can talk you through the chair and then we can hopefully get this review changed.

“Extremely pleased with my new office chair as it is so comfortable. My previous chair was not designed for 8 hours a day use and the difference is amazing. Well worth spending the extra money to look after my back. Delivery was very fast and just as described.”

“The chair that I initially ordered was not immediately available so Joel from Atlantis suggested an alternative, which I ordered. The chair did not arrive when expected but Joel was soon onto it and kept me informed throughout of what was happening. Very pleased with chair. It was a little difficult to line up the screws but we managed. Was good to have an email address of one person to correspond with.”
