“Bought this chair during lockdown for work from home purposes. However, very disappointed with the purchase, paid over two hundred pound for a chair that lean forward and caused me backache.”

Hi Amy Just seen this negative review from yourself, I feel really disappointed as you have not contacted us at all. We would have been happy to help. Regarding your comments - the chair has an independent mechanism which can be locked into any position, including front tilt. 1 lever controls the seat height 1 lever controls the back tilt 1 lever controls the seat tilt, you just need to adjust this and push the chair back and then it will lock into whichever backwards tilt you need. Please can you let me know if you need help and I can talk you through the chair and then we can hopefully get this review changed.

“Extremely pleased with my new office chair as it is so comfortable. My previous chair was not designed for 8 hours a day use and the difference is amazing. Well worth spending the extra money to look after my back. Delivery was very fast and just as described.”

“The chair that I initially ordered was not immediately available so Joel from Atlantis suggested an alternative, which I ordered. The chair did not arrive when expected but Joel was soon onto it and kept me informed throughout of what was happening. Very pleased with chair. It was a little difficult to line up the screws but we managed. Was good to have an email address of one person to correspond with.”

“Great service including excellent after sales service. I ordered a chair and have two already as the comfort and sturdiness of the office chair is so important. The new chair was delivered and on receipt found to have a defect (not Atlantis - chair came from manufacturer) Both Joel and Rachel was extremely helpful and got a replacement immediately. “when the chair arrived, already assembled, it would not perform as described. turning it upside down I discovered it had been assembled back to front. I contacted the company who gave me clear instructions how to correct it which I performed. They then offered to refund the extra I had paid for it to be assembled. That's what i call super service.. .”
