We apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the machines making a whole lot of noise like bangs. Could you please let us know if you have removed the transport screws from the back of the machine as per the instruction book you will only hear the banging noise if you don't remove the transport screws if you are unsure you can reach us on the phone 020820806999.
We have tried to call you to explain on the phone as well but no one answered so we have dropped the email on how to remove the screws.

“Never heard of Atlantic Electrics before but glad I come across this company. Their website was very easy to use with a great choice of products at excellent prices.
