“Greta product and service, however I’m a bit put out that I need to keep the box for 6 weeks just in case something goes wrong with the product and it needs shipping back. The box is very large and I only live in a small flat so it’s quite the inconvenience.”
There was an issue with DPD delivering your parcel, amd it was returmed bck to us.
We had to wait for them to return it back to us, and we then shipped it out again to you, and DPD confirmed that you have now received it.
