“Good quality rug received. Description/picture/colour all as on web site. Delivery and delivery updates could have been a little quicker but I guess ordering the week before Christmas is going to slow the process down considerably.”

“Unfortunately there was a delay in the picture being sent out in spite of order being placed in good time. Payment taken when order placed! Suggest stock control / replenishment procedures reviewed.”

“It would have been helpful to know the rug I ordered was not in stock at the time of ordering, so I could order something else. However you did inform us shortly after that and kept us up to date about when the rug would be ready and also when it was dispatched which was appreciated. It has arrived safely now, thank you.”

“Nice cushions but extremely disappointed that they weren't put in plastic bags. These cushions were just put in a cardboard box, it's a good job I have a very nice neighbour who took the parcel in as it was pouring with rain, not at all impressed!!!!”

“Good price for a product I've been looking for quite some time now. Poor communication as they never returned my email and a bit slow in dispatching times but at least that's clearly mentioned on the product's description page on the website. Would gladly buy from them again though.”

“Not very happy with the service provided. Ordered a Rug on the 20th November, still waiting for it to arrive (16 December) The communication I have recieved from customer services was good they have refunded the postage back to me however as a first time customer I am still dissapointed with the service provided and the time it is taking for my order to arrive.”
