“Your company is a delight to deal with. My initial email queries regarding exact colour of frame and weight ( to ensure I bought the right hangers for a cavity wall) were all researched with the manufacturer and answered by return. I was also happy that you kept your word and price matched this picture once I gave you the competitors details. There were problems with the delivery by UK Mail but I completely understand that once with a third party that control of the shipment was out of your hands, you did however do all you could to resolve the issue.”

“I ordered two paintings easily from the website. I received a prompt email informing me they were special order and would therefore take 4 weeks to arrive. Sure enough I received another email informing me they had been dispatched and the paintings arrived well packed the following day. All very efficient and the messages were pleasant and made me feel a person (not a computer) was dealing with my order. I would definitely use the firm again.”

“I ordered 2 prints that showed they were in stock online, I placed the order quite happily to then receive a email stating it would take 3 weeks for delivery - although no mention of this during ordering - money taken Instantly and 3.5 weeks later I did receive the prints !”
