“Beautiful soft multi beiges/brown round 180cm rug, thick pile that the different shades stand out of at every angle of the room, it's been down for a day and already has had the wow factor noted several times, worth every penny!”

“Love the Rug! Looks much more expensive than what it cost! I also had a little issue with delivery but the customer service team sorted that out in a jiffy. Great service all round. Very happy customer.”

“The actual product is lovely, saw the picture somewhere but didn't buy at the time, wish I had. Then went back to buy, it was gone. Had to search the net to try and find product, found on this website and placed an order, unfortunately I had to wait nearly 5 weeks to have it delivered as it had to come direct from manufacturer. A long wait but the picture is lovely and very pleased with it.”

“Easy to use web pages, description of lamps was excellent. Prompt delivery and goods well packaged to avoid any damage. Only criticism, payment was taken with no indication of a delivery dates. Quick response to my e mail enquiring about delivery timescales. I love both the floor lamp and the table lamp, they were very good value for money.”

“Excellent buying experience. They answered all emails rapidly and even price-matched against another retailer after I'd placed the original order. Picture was out of stock but was delivered in time frame indicated (3-4 weeks). Arrived in excellent condition - and was a lovely picture!”

“The rug was not advertised correctly and delivery times not great either. After a long wait I was disappointed with a totally different colour than advertised yet because I am disabled I could not be bothered to go through the hassle of sending back and having yet another wait to receive a different item. With so many companies around offering rugs for sale I will not at any point be using your company again.”

“The lady who took my order, Natalie, was very helpful, and although I was told there were many in stock it went very quiet from you until I phoned and was told the order was coming, then an email was delivered telling me they had been despatched I was waiting for another to say when delivery was taking place. All in all very happy with the carpet and would use you again.”
