“Rug has not arrived yet although dispatched on the 14th December but today is only Wednesday; perhaps still in the post. Will get back to you if nothing by Friday. How do I give a meaningful rating in the circumstances? Kevin”

“Rug ordered on Sunday 6th December, acknowledged same day, order status updated on the 7th december advising estimated special order with despatch within 10-14 working days. The rug was delivered on Friday 11th December, excellent service, we were delighted.”

“Recieved my rug within 3 days of ordering.. but i received the wrong rug. However this was quickly fixed and recieved the correct rug the following day.. extremely happy with my rug and its looks the exact same colour as it does on the computer.. will recommend this website to a friend.”
