“I placed my order expecting a 5 day delivery as shown on the website. I was informed that the rugs were out of stock and agreed to wait the time I was told they would be. However my order finally arrived 8 weeks late. I was only informed of the continuing delay when I made enquiries. You were happy to take my payment immediately however”

“Took a while to get my picture but I was kept update at all times so I knew that my item would take 3 weeks to arrive as soon as I ordered (maybe you should know before ordering). The picture arrived well packaged and pleased with the item so will use this company again.”

“Viery pleased - goods were exactly as adververtised - good colour match, good value for money etc. Excellent communication from company online, delivery as promised with option to give alternative location if not at home for delivery. Have now used twice.”

“I was sent two lampshades which bore no relation to those I ordered. They took 10 days to be delivered (although the website does mention that some items have to be ordered from elsewhere) I had a very prompt response by e mail and the items I wanted to return for a refund were to be collected yesterday. However, they still awaiting collection. The box was left safely on the doorstep for collection - it's still there. I was asked by e mail if I had been in the house all day yesterday, which I think is an impertinent question. I wouldn't use this company again.”

“A very pretty wall light. I hadn't realised that the shade and the rest of the light were separate as the picture showed both together. I should have read the description properly. Communication with this company was courteous and they work very efficiently. Item came very quickly and brilliantly packed. Courier arrived on time. I would definitely use this company again.”

“Delivery very quick and keep up to date as delivery times ect ,when arrived to my neighbour to be signed for box very badly damaged lucky contents were ok,but one of the boxes had been opened before leaving factory and the instructions were missing .We ordered 3 of these items so it turned out ok and my husband being a electrician helped. Please note that they have to be put together not a complete light fitting have to know what you are doing and need a elecrtrian.”

“Unpacking the lights we found that one of the lights which has several pieces of glass, one piece of glass was broken in the top corner and another piece of glass was damaged, the person who has to check these lights before they are sent off did not do a very good job. We cannot be bothered to send one of the lights back so will just put up with it, but in future do check that every single item is in good order.”
