“I was not told it would take 4 weeks, it then took 5 weeks, I was not given a delivery date. When the picture arrived it was in good condition & very well packed. If the customer is informed of the time it will take before ordering it would help people decide to order or not.”

“Very pleased with the print, not so pleased with the frame, the left hand side of the frame on the top and the bottom is loose. I have to say we were surprised to see a small amount of damage with the amount of packing that came,”

“I am very happy with the service, I received an email to tell me when my order was expected to be dispatched, and again when it was dispatched. My order was very well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap to protect it. I am very pleased with the quality of the print, every fine detail is visible. It looks beautiful .”

“Over the past 12 months we've renewed all of out lights , from Portrack Lighting. The last two we found on the website and ordered from there as they were not in stock at the store. I had a couple of questions about them and they were answered very quickly by someone in the showroom. I placed the order on Saturday and the light fittings were delivered first thing Tuesday morning. Overall, very satisfied with quality and service and wouldn't look anywhere else for lights.”
