“Company sent wrong colour when i contacted them by email they responded immediately and sent out replacement within a few days But im not impressed with rug purely my opinion i think flimsy, but you only get what you pay for. JB Glasgow get what you pay for JB”

“The light arrived very quickly and the order was accurately processed. After we had fitted the light in the kitchen - which worked perfectly - we were disappointed with the quality of the light it produced. A nasty white colour which produced a death-mask appearance. We moved it into a room that we barely use and will purchase a different one for the kitchen!!”

“After my initial annoyance at having paid yet still having to wait over a month to receive my goods, I was delighted to find that they arrived very carefully packed and in pristine condition. In the interim, I'd had a couple of telephone conversations and email exchanges with the company - apologetic but clearly explaining the situation to me, restoring my confidence in my original order.”

“Very impressed with prompt service. Had a query about radius of light from choice we made and received phone call the very next day from Natalie with a response. Delivery was within days of order. Impressed with choice . Will be recommending this company to family and friends.”

“Bought a couple of Macneil prints which were in a sale but due to stock not being available they took 19 days to arrive. Staff were very helpful and carriage is very reasonable”
