“Very pleased with our purchase. Though the item wasn't in stock it arrived on schedule and when we had occasion to phone the staff were very helpful. The packaging around the picture was amazing and it now has pride of place in our lounge.”

“Took too long to provide the picture. Even when you received (Tuesday morning) it took too long for you to deliver (was collected by courier on Friday, delivered on Monday). Friendliness of staff on the phone (Paul) also very poor.”

“Excellent overall, as I was kept informed of the delivery time and the parcel was extremely well packaged. My only concern was that the website did not inform me of the fact that the item I wanted was out of stock. It was only after I had ordered that I received an email stating that my purchase could not be completed until the end of January. However, I actually received my picture on the 21st January, so everything has been dealt with very efficiently. P.S. The picture is in position and looks brilliant.”

“on receipt, two of the three pictures had been packed face to face and not back to back. As a result they had stuck together and their surfaces were slightly damaged on separation. Not a satisfactory outcome. P Howell”

“Really well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap - no damage. Picture as expected - to match another that we had by the same artist. Advised of initial delivery date which was some way off but item delivered before this date.”
