“When I first placed my order on-line my card was debited immediately but I was not informed that the item was out of stock! After a week or so I enquired as to the status of my order only to be told at that point it was out of stock and would not be available for 2 or 3 months! I asked for a card refund and was advised that that would be done immediately. After some weeks I checked my statement and the refund had not been made! When I asked again it was made. Despite all the above inefficiency your staff were always most polite, helpful and apologetic. The items have now arrived and have yet to be fitted.”

“Rug dispatched quickly and delivered onetime. Very quick service indeed. The rug has only been in situ for a day so can not comment on quality or durability. I might add to this review once the rug has been hoovered a few times. Looks absolutely amazing though, it really brings my room to life.”

“Delivery and customer service have both been very good; however, the lights did not seem to be of very good quality, as the diamantes were just on a roll of tape that had been stuck onto the shades. The shades are also smaller than i expected, from looking at the pictures and were therefore too small for the wall i wanted them for.”
