“Took a while to come but worth the wait”

“Quicker delivery than anticipated. Kept me up to date on order status. When rug arrived it was the wrong colour HOWEVER AND MORE IMPORT it looked better than what I ordered. I have no doubt if I wanted to exchange it they would have looked after me. Great price too! Would definitely recommend and buy from again.”

“It seemed a long way round that I had to place an order with this company, who then had to place an order with another company before receipt could be made. This took nearly a month!! It also made artwork v expensive as each company had to make a profit. On the positive side, the canvas was packaged brilliantly. Delivery was very prompt once they had received the artwork and I was kept in the loop during the whole process.”

“Very good service - although my rug was not in stock, I was kept informed and when it arrived it was worth the wait. Excellent quality and just as shown on the site, which was exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be using this company again.”

“The few weeks wait for the framed prints to arrive was well worthwhile as we are absolutely delighted with the 2items we ordered. Framing and mounting was excellent and of a much better quality than appeared in the photos on the website. Highly delighted.”

“Hadn't read the delivery terms until about two weeks after order placed and wondered where the painting was and realized it would be 4-6 weeks. Other than that the painting arrived hugely protected in multiple layers of wrapping in perfect order . Thanks”

“Ordered picture near Christmas time, so had to wait but that was alright because it was for me. Rang up once to see where it was, person who answered phone very helpful and told me the situation because of being Christmas the Company did not go back to work until 5th January so we were pleased when it arrived.”
