“Lamps arrived very quickly (within 2 days of order). Although I was a little disappointed with the size, now they are insitu I love them. Really good quality. They were extremely well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Would recommend this site.”

“still awaiting delivery after more than three weeks with no information in between to keep me updated without phone calls from me now waitng in anticipation . two days later at last pictures have arrived more than four weeks after order delighted with them.”

“Ordered a print to replace one which had been broken thanks to a clumsy delivery man. It was one of a pair so really pleased after 18 months or so I could still get one! Easily ordered and delivered on time. Thanks”

“Good service and well packaged. Unfortunately we didn't like the colour of the rug and once opened you can't send it back. The rug has a soft pile but it seems to be shedding fibres at the sides so I'm not sure how durable it is. I ordered a Tulane rug and for the size (120 x 60) it doesn't seem to be that good value.”

“Ordered online item was out of stock . I was contacted immediately and asked if I wanted to choose another item. Ann was very helpful and tried to double check stock. She came up with another option which was better than my original choice. She said see would ring me back and she did ,she said she would try and find another option and she did. Ann was friendly and so were the other staff I spoke to. This is called excellent customer service and management of the company should be very proud of their frontline staff. Thanks again.”
