“Loved the design - adds class the living area. Doors seems a little too heavy for the hinges so have had to adjust it a number of times to keep the door level.”

“I have had a set of 5 doors now for a few months, dividing the dinning room up from the lounge. I am very pleased with the ease in which they glide along. the quality is excelent and they were fairly easy to fit with the good instruction plan that was supplied with the doors. my friends were so impressed with them that they ordered a set for their house. The company was good to deal with solving a tech question. I would recommend this company.”

“The doors are amazing, and look beautiful now they are installed. Our carpenter however has a few more grey hairs as the instructions weren't easy to follow.”

“Didn't go so well, trifold doors, locks and catches needed a lot of fettling, line up was not good, nothing was pre drilled, 27 page instructions and live woodworm in 1 door. Raised it nicely and they were most unhelpful.”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, although we are of course saddened to hear you're unhappy with your order. As mentioned in our email to you regarding the woodworm, unfortunately we aren't able to accept a claim for a visual defect 3 months after the doors were delivered to you. As explained, all of our doors are kiln dried during the manufacturing process to eliminate any parasites and are delivered to you sealed. This detail coupled with the 3 month gap since delivery is why we cannot accept responsibility for the woodworm you've now found in one of your door panels. We're sorry that you were unhappy with the instructions for the doors. These are made available on the product page so they can be reviewed before purchasing to make you / your installer aware of the work involved before purchasing. The doors cannot be pre-drilled for the hinges as they are supplied universal, meaning they can be hung opening to the left or the right. If you have any specific feedback on the instructions then we would welcome those points. We of course want all customers to be happy with their order, so if there's anything else we can do to assist then please let us know. All the best, The Aspire team

“Doors arrived with care. Compliments the room tremendously, will put another handle on the door to protect the door from finger prints when opening the doors wide. We'll pleased and good price for it, just bought the colving to compliment the opening. Good buy”

“We decided to have a 2.4m set of unfinished French doors as a new porched entrance, which then required a return wall. Aspire were happy to quote for an extra stand-alone panel which was ideal for this purpose. The doors are solidly constructed and assembled tightly. There was a pack of dowels missing (or perhaps they had been inadvertently thrown away in packaging) but Aspire sent us a replacement very quickly at no cost. The installation was done by our carpenter, who stated he would certainly recommend them.”

“We LOVE our new doors. Delivery was quick and easy and they look really effective. Customer service has been great when asking questions they were very responsive. The only thing limiting the 5 stars is that some parts came slightly warped and there has been a few imperfections that the carpenter had to work around such as the small bend in the parts this hasn’t really effected the overall visual of the doors as you can see from the photos. They are very smooth, Overall very happy with the product.”
