“Great quality door. Been looking for a door with 3 widows for a little while but haven’t found any with windows as big as there’s. Fantastic door wouldn’t pick any other now. Use the paint in the photo for your frame. Same finish and colour!”

Hi Iga, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy on this occasion. I can see that Izzy emailed you on the 14th June to advise you of the temporary units that were being delivered due to imperfections noticed on the glass during the QA check, so you were advised of this prior to delivery. As your delivery was scheduled for the next day, rather than hold up your installation, we delivered the units as they were so you could get the doorset installed, with the re-make units already on order. As we have not had a response to our email, nor can we trace any further phone calls from you, we would assume all is okay, but if you have incurred additional charges due to this then of please get in touch and speak to a memebr of the team who would be more than happy to look into this for you. “Excellent customer service. Got to see the doors in the display showroom before ordering so knew exactly what I was getting. My order was delivered on the same day, I think I paid at 10am and it arrived by 4pm! The prices were very competitive. Thanks to Izzy for her help and also the rest of the team who are very accommodating.”

“Was a bit sceptical at first with it all being online great customer service too, but the first door arrived in 2 days, nice chap and good attention to detail, great quality and fitted within 2hrs by myself, that good we purchased 2 more again delivered in good time and the glass comes already masked up. All in all couldn’t have asked for more simply great”

“I found the doors I wanted after a few weeks of searching. Ordering the doors on line was easy and straightforward and they only took a few days for delivery which we appreciated. They have completed the look I was after and they were easy to install with good instructions. I will certainly purchase from here again.”
