“We are a little disappointed with the quality of the doors. The wood is quite soft and is easily damaged and marked. We haven't painted them yet to see what the final finish is, but overall we don't feel they are good value for money. There were no issues with the delivery of the doors.”

Hi Huw, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your doors. The engineered softwood doors you bought from us were supplied primed, so they need to be painted as you mention. Primers are not protective coats, just base layers to prepare the wood for final painting. We hope you're happy with the doors once they've been painted. “Reviewed these doors about a month ago saying how great they were and such good value but I still had a bit of making good to do, now they are finished I thought I would add a photo of the finished project, I added a handle to the other door to match the opener and I think they look great, also the second handle keeps the mucky hand prints off of my lovely white finish”

“Ordered the doors on a Monday after discussing my situation with Izzy Cooper who was very helpful and knowledgeable, they were delivered on Thursday by a very helpful driver, instructions easy to follow. Still have a bit of making good around the door frame but they look fantastic, for the price I paid I think they are excellent value, very happy”

“I purchased a set of bi-fold doors and fitted them for a client of mine. They were delighted with the installed product. However when their floor tiler laid their new floor he broke the bottom fittings. I contacted Aspire customer service and they sent me the parts I needed free of charge. Absolutely amazing service, its a shame other companies do not react in the same way. I would definitely use Aspire again and recommend them to everyone who needs such doors. Well done Aspire!”
