“I ordered doors, a lot cheaper than anywhere else I came across, it said upto 5 working days delivery...Then to my amazement, there was a knock at the door less than 24hrs later and a very nice gentleman said delivery ,doors... Could not have been more shocked or pleased and I also live at least 100 miles away from aspire. Not hung the doors yet, but look good quality, as good as others at higher price. Very pleased????”

“Doors look great but covering was left on glass to decorate first only to discover doors on back to front ☹️ Was there a front/back label on the doors ???”

Hi Petra, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The two single internal doors that you bought from us don't actually have a specific front or back; there's no beading or machining that requires the doors to be hung facing a certain way. “The doors arrived on time and seemed to be in good order. Once we had fitted the doors we realised that the slave door was slightly warped. We managed to throw the hinge slightly to sort it. The drips for the bottom of the door were both so badly warped that we couldn't fit them, we were also missing 2 white caps for the vents! You said you were sending out replacement drips and vents when I emailed and called, however its now been 2 weeks and we have nothing! Its extremely inconvenient as we cannot invoice the customer until we have these things. I will definitely not be using or recommending Aspire again.”

Hi Colin, We're sorry to hear how you feel following your order with us. There are, however, a couple of things that we feel should be clarified. At no point was it mentioned to us that you had an issue with your slave door, despite emails and phone conversations discussing the replacement parts you required. We are of course pleased that you were able to rectify the apparent problem, but it was not something we were made aware of. With regards to the replacement parts, the first batch was posted out to you on April 5th once we'd confirmed the necessary information via email. We then had a phone call from you towards the end of last week to say the items still hadn't arrived. We immediately agreed to send out another batch without question, but of course the Easter Bank Holiday weekend causes delays across any service. Whilst we are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience that you have suffered, we feel that the above review implies we have done nothing to resolve the issue. The items will reach you within the next day or so, but if you would like to discuss this further then please don't hesitate to call our office. Kind regards, The Aspire Team

“The quality of the doors and their fittings is of the highest standard. One star is lost because of the poor quality of the installation instructions which would be an easy problem to fix. I understand that it is assumed that the door systems will be installed by skilled tradespeople but while I have good carpentry skills I am not a locksmith and only really figured out the system by examining another example.”

“The website was accurate and made it easy and safe to order the type and size of bifold doors I wanted and at such a brilliant price. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the delivery that was made the very next day. It was a welcome surprise how at all was achieved in such short notice. The slight snag was a couple of parts were omitted when we opened the packaging, but after contacting the after sales support team all was put in order a in double quick time. The people I was in contact with were polite courteous and super efficient. It has been a joy to deal with everyone involved in this British company and I will be recommending Aspire doors to anyone interested in bifold doors.”

“Good quality doors, delivered in good time. My only criticism is that the assembly instructions were pretty useless. Took two experienced carpenters the best part of a day to fit. The additional cost of £300 made them as expensive as other doors that would have been easier to fit.”

“We found aspire-doors.co.uk through an internet search whilst looking for internal door suppliers for our proposed renovation works. After looking through the Aspire website we contacted Josh to discuss our requirements and find out more about the products. From the first contact Josh was extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed and we did not hesitate to decide to use Aspire doors to supply our internal bi-folds and are really pleased we did. Customer service has been excellent from that initial contact through to fast delivery and after sales support. We are really pleased with the product. Our builder fitted our doors in one afternoon and the finished product looks great. The glass panels let the light flood through, but it gives us great separation between the rooms. The oak frame looks stylish and excellent quality. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Aspire again and highly recommend the product and service they provide. Thank you for all your help and good advice.
