We are a business and know how important good reviews are. We have purchased at least 6 sets of French doors. The experience has been outstanding from ordering and taking to staff. The delivery was also excellent with all the drivers being helpful with the transfer from van to chosen keeping area. Not offend seen. 10/10 we will buying again soon

Fantastic doors, look great. Would be better if the handle and locks were integrated as this was nail biting and time consuming. Understand why they aren't but a few questions asked and they could be done. Fantastic quality for the price, absolutely love them.

Where do you start. As we were unfortunately unaware of when delivery would be as we had no email to inform us only a phone call a short while before delivery which we missed so the delivery was left outside under a boat on our drive rather than in an unlocked garage 3 metres from the boat We then had to phone a family member to put In said garage Then when we started to assemble the doors two pieces of brackets were missing delaying the installation by a week by which time our fitter ran out of time to install before he had to go to another job and can’t return until late November so can’t really say the service has been anything but a pain and won’t be recommending your company

I have ordered indoor bifold doors twice from Aspire. They offer good range of doors, which are good quality for the price. I have emailed them quite a few times with questions and they are very responsive. I cannot fault their customer service and highly recommend Aspire doors.

The attention to detail is perfect what a beautiful set of internal doors (solid Oak).The speedy delivery and customer care second to none.Sadly my mum came home from hospital before I could finish the fitting but perfect never the less.Thank you so much.

3-Door internal Bifold doors approx 2.3m width. Delivery service was good. Product was reasonably well packed. All items delivered. Did not start for a couple of weeks. Found that one of the door jambs was twisted. Assumed that this could be straightened when installed. This was not the case and once the installation had started, due to the availablity (and cost) of the installation, this was not possible to rectify, so caused major problems with installation. The screws used on hinges were poor quality and at least 3 broke when being installed. This made major problem trying to extract broken-off screws from the edge of the doors. The instructions were very poor and not sufficiently detailed. It was (easily) possible to get the offset hinge installation around the wrong way. This happened so now have two sets of screw holes in door edges. The retained door has one bolt. For full stabilty the retained door needs two bolts (one each end). Another one from Aspire costs £35 so decided to buy 2 new bolts. Once installed the doors need to be adjusted. This is a lenghty process due to poor instructions (which we general rather than specific to the products that were being installed. The doors and hardware are satisfactory only

The doors arrived quickly, staff were helpful, professional and friendly. The doors are good quality and value for money. The only comment I would make is that an installation video would be very helpful

Looking decent, but sadly do not fold fully back against the wall - we bought mainly for that feature. We now need to buy new hinges and refit / fix holes which is a hassle.

Good product great quality but there needs to be an option to buy everything needed to fit the door for the first time buyer. Locks hinges etc

Door cill split after just 6 months … I was told my guarantee wasn’t valid as I hadn’t followed the instructions , the underside of the cill wasn’t painted , the split however was on a join of two pieces of wood fixed together to make the cill clearly a fault … not due to the elements as one fixed panel and one door also spilt … these both have been treated sufficiently!? I only asked for compensation to fix the problem not replace ☹️ I am now left with having to pay for them to be fixed and see this repair every day 🤷🏽‍♀️

As you mention in your review, the underside of your frame / cill section was not painted on site like the rest of the set - it was left completely untreated. As we explained in our emails to you, this means that over the last 6 months water has been soaked up into the unprotected timber, and resulted in the swelling and splitting of the cill along the joint line. While we will always do what is reasonably possible to assist our customers, unfortunately we cannot cover the cost to repair an issue that's been caused by the incomplete treatment of a door set. If you would like to discuss any of this further, or would like any additional advice on repairing the set, then please just let us know and we'll assist in any way we can. Ordering and delivery were easy and accurate, unfortunately one of the items delivered was incorrect however i called customer service and they had a replacement item delivered within 3 hours. That's excellent service.
