“Good product great quality but there needs to be an option to buy everything needed to fit the door for the first time buyer. Locks hinges etc”

“Door cill split after just 6 months … I was told my guarantee wasn’t valid as I hadn’t followed the instructions , the underside of the cill wasn’t painted , the split however was on a join of two pieces of wood fixed together to make the cill clearly a fault … not due to the elements as one fixed panel and one door also spilt … these both have been treated sufficiently!? I only asked for compensation to fix the problem not replace ☹️ I am now left with having to pay for them to be fixed and see this repair every day 🤷🏽‍♀️”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback, and we're of course sorry to hear that you're dissatisfied. As you mention in your review, the underside of your frame / cill section was not painted on site like the rest of the set - it was left completely untreated. As we explained in our emails to you, this means that over the last 6 months water has been soaked up into the unprotected timber, and resulted in the swelling and splitting of the cill along the joint line. While we will always do what is reasonably possible to assist our customers, unfortunately we cannot cover the cost to repair an issue that's been caused by the incomplete treatment of a door set. If you would like to discuss any of this further, or would like any additional advice on repairing the set, then please just let us know and we'll assist in any way we can. “Ordering and delivery were easy and accurate, unfortunately one of the items delivered was incorrect however i called customer service and they had a replacement item delivered within 3 hours. That's excellent service.”

“Very pleased that Aspire could arrange delivery to suit my needs. One door arrived damaged, by delivery company, but by phoning Aspires parent company a replacement was supplied same day coming from Essex to Hampshire south coast. Excellent service. I would have liked doors to have had regular set in hinges rather than skeleton type screwed to surface, they tend to make the doors look cheap rather than professional hence 4 not 5 stars”

“Door leaves were fine ironmongery was questionable. Hinges weak Stop latch rounded edge was out of shape and unusable Door frame was veneered oak when door was white primed was extra effort to paint”

“Terrible. The doors I ordered which said were in stock on their website were not. No one contacted me to say they didn't have them. Even after I emailed them asking. Called them and asked what was going on. Asked for a refund. Which I still haven't had nearly a week later. They owe me nearly £2000.00 and still haven't paid me back! No communication and no care or attention. Just another faceless online company who clearly do not even stock their own doors.”

“Excellent product have used them before unfortunately on this occasion the hinge markings on the doors wear not present so made it a little bit difficult but the doors themselves are lovely just took a little longer to install”

“Doors ordered Monday, arrived Saturday. We knew the size ordered wouldn’t fit the space but our fantastic joiner fitted them and constructed a matching fanlight to fill up the space. It looks amazing. He did however comment that there was only half a set of instructions so he had to work a lot of it out for himself. Very pleased with the product”
