“Brilliant. Ordered plants online on Sunday evening, they were dispatched on Monday and arrived Tuesday am. They were packed really carefully so there was no damage at all and they are thriving. I wondered initially at the high cost of delivery but I can see now that it ensured an overnight service which is reassuring as I've ordered plants from other suppliers and the orders arrived, days after despatch, upside down with most of the soil loose in the package. I've never used Ashwood Nurseries before but they will be my default choice now. Thank you for a first rate service.”

“My plant was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Ashwood and their mail order team were excellent. The plant did eventually turn up, non the worse for the delay and I was very pleased with it.”

“Lovely plants, well wrapped in compostable plastic bags, so in great condition. However, if you could think of a way to avoid using all that non-compostable tape which is very difficult to remove from the compostable parts and makes getting the plants out of the box very difficult, that would be even better.”
