“Website indicated 6-8 snowdrop bulbs would be supplied but I received only one. When I complained I was told the 6-8 was a typo and was offered a refund but no effort made to fulfil the order correctly or offer any sort of compensation for their mistake. I will not be using this company again, very poor service”

“I ordered a beautiful hamamelis from Ashwood Nurseries that I couldn't find at any garden centre. It arrived extremely quickly, a beautiful plant, beautifully packed. Extremely impressive in every way, I'm absolutely delighted with it. It raises my spirits every time I see it, a blaze of colour in these dark winter days.”

“Ordered 2 ‘tea for 2 and cakes’ vouchers online. Fast service, came by post 3 days later complete with a little card for each which was lovely. However, I telephoned first to order via the phone but the person I spoke to wasn’t very helpful and just said I’d got to do it on line. Not everyone can do this which is a shame for those that can’t.”
